FROM TUSCANY TO GOZO
La Sciabordita was founded by Azzurra, a Tuscan who has made Gozo her home.
Inspired by the food, wine and relaxed hospitality she grew up with, she wanted to create a place where guests could experience a genuine taste of Tuscany in the heart of Victoria.
Today, La Sciabordita brings that vision to life through carefully sourced Italian products, traditional recipes, distinctive wines and a welcoming team.
